About us
Byteleaders was founded in January 2018 by Ralph Heeneman. He saw a need for flexible customer contact solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. This sparked the idea for Byteleaders: a new facilities contact center focused on entrepreneurs seeking rapid growth. The company has since grown to 25 customer service representatives and serves a wide range of industries.
Since January 2020, Byteleaders has been a member of the Customer Service Federation trade association, in the Facility Contact Centers category, with which we commit to the seven service promises for customer contact.

What we do
We're the one-stop shop for setting up and staffing your customer service. We start by assessing your current situation and identifying areas for improvement. We offer recommendations and discuss various implementation options. We have extensive experience implementing the Zendesk Support Suite, the customer contact software that supports multiple channels and even multiple brands in a single system.
How we do it
Besides providing complete support, we also build external customer service teams to complement existing teams. We call this hybrid customer service outsourcing. There are various options, such as outsourcing outside office hours, scaling up during peak periods, and first-line/second-line support. This doesn't even have to be planned for peak periods. Our automated customer service backbone monitors the phone and chat queues every minute. Based on this, a Byteleaders representative can be automatically dispatched. You won't have to worry about a thing!
