About us

Byteleaders was founded in January 2018 by Ralph Heeneman, who identified a clear and underserved need for flexible, professionally managed customer contact solutions among small and medium-sized businesses. From that founding insight grew a facility contact centre built specifically for growth-oriented entrepreneurs, one that has since expanded to a team of 25 dedicated customer service professionals serving clients across a broad range of industries.


Since January 2020, Byteleaders has been a member of the Customer Service Federation in the Facility Contact Centres category, a membership that reflects our formal commitment to the federation's seven service promises for customer contact.

As demand from clients for expert guidance on customer contact software grew alongside our operational services, Byteleaders conducted a comprehensive market evaluation to identify the most effective solution available. Zendesk emerged as the clear platform of choice. Following a rigorous selection and certification process, Byteleaders became an official certified Zendesk partner in August 2020 and has since supported dozens of organisations in designing, configuring, and optimising their Zendesk environments.
